Reliability Engineer (High Voltage)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Portugal and have a valid residence permit or work visa, Portuguese Tax Identification Number (NIF), and Portuguese Social Security Number (NISS).

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute new equipment releases for verification.
• Execute Component Risk Assessment studies for new businesses and engineering changes.
• Coordinate surveillance routines and follow up with stakeholders.
• Release specifications for new equipment, ROB, and assembly.
• Participate in problem-solving and Engineering Change Notice feasibility reviews.
• Support process improvements with local Process and MEC teams and develop reliability tools for the High Voltage business.

Requirements

• Engineering background in Mechanical, Materials, Physics, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of how machines work and experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong statistical analysis, data analysis, measurement system evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data clearly.
• Fluent English required.
• Legal eligibility to work in Portugal, including a valid residence permit or work visa, Portuguese NIF, and Portuguese NISS.
