Digital Consulting Sr. Analyst, Oracle Cloud ERP

Location: Chicago, United States; willingness to travel up to 50% required

Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year; eligible for annual incentive compensation with total estimated compensation of $91,800–$106,400

What you will do

• Support software implementation projects for clients.
• Analyze requirements and maintain functional documentation.
• Conduct testing and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Interface with business users and communicate with clients and team members.
• Develop analytical insights, implement processes, and create solutions in consulting projects.
• Work independently and collaboratively while building effective client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience working within software implementation processes.
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and working with business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience.
• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications or progress toward certification.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
