Vendor and Financial Operations Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead annual operating plan, monthly budget, forecasting, and reforecast cycles for assigned functional areas.
• Integrate actual results into Cognos and Hyperion models, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Manage invoices, accruals, vendor payments, SG&A budgets, and financial performance reporting.
• Own vendor relationships, contractual compliance, performance monitoring, scorecards, SLA dashboards, and corrective action plans.
• Partner with Procurement on RFP development, bid evaluation, vendor selection, and review meetings.
• Collaborate with Medical Management, Provider Services, Finance, and Operations to improve vendor outcomes, reduce costs, and support executive and board-level reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A supporting business operations.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations management.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and managing RFP or sourcing processes is preferred.
• Healthcare or managed care experience is preferred; CPA certification and a master’s degree are also preferred.
