Senior Scheduler (Transportation Infrastructure)

Salary: $120,960–$172,800 per year

What you will do

• Assist the Project Manager with planning and monitoring major transportation or industrial construction projects.
• Prepare base schedules, monthly updates, schedule reviews, and time impact analyses.
• Monitor and document construction progress and schedule compliance with contract specifications.
• Investigate schedule impacts and identify, track, and help resolve construction issues and conflicts.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, designers, and project managers regarding construction issues, conflicts, and plan revisions.
• Prepare written progress reports on schedule status and acceptability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera or other scheduling software.
• Experience with cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
• Ability to interpret and analyze construction schedules.
• Visa sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with transit and transportation infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Federal Transit Administration requirements, policies, and funding programs.
• Background in cost controls, project controls, estimating, or construction financial management.
• Certifications such as CST, CCT, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, PMP, CCM, EIT, or PE.
