What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed schedules for vertical construction projects.
• Use industry-standard scheduling software to track project timelines and milestones.
• Analyze schedules to identify risks, delays, critical paths, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedules.
• Report on project progress and assess the impact of schedule changes.
• Recommend mitigation strategies to support on-time, in-scope project delivery.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in scheduling for vertical construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with critical path method (CPM) scheduling techniques and schedule analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting schedule data to project teams and stakeholders.
