Senior Project Controls Specialist (Primavera P6)

Location: New York, NY, United States; based in NYC with visits to field offices and project sites as needed

Salary: $117,600–$176,400 annually

What you will do

• Plan logistics, delivery activities, and workforce requirements with project personnel.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Review contractor baseline, update, and recovery schedules and provide comments.
• Attend project progress and schedule meetings.
• Track contractor work progress against the schedule.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants and recommend improvements to scheduling procedures, templates, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of construction project scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of construction scheduling processes.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 software.
• Ability to work in NYC and visit field offices and project sites as needed.
