Senior Regional Scheduler - Construction

Location: West Seventh Street, Los Angeles, California, United States; full-time onsite position with construction-site visits as needed.

Salary: $128,067.17–$146,362.48 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise project schedulers and coordinate with OARs, senior project managers, contractors, and site staff.
• Develop and maintain program, master, and project schedules with relationships, logic, milestones, constraints, cost loading, and resource loading.
• Review contractor baseline, recovery, and progress schedules for scope coverage, sequencing, critical path, and contract compliance.
• Perform schedule QA/QC, critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and time impact analyses for change orders.
• Assess schedule extensions, conduct delay-time negotiations, and communicate progress and schedule concerns in status meetings.
• Prepare KPI updates, management reports, staffing recommendations, and bi-monthly program schedule updates.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of full-time professional experience in construction scheduling for an owner or general contractor.
• Proficiency in the latest version of Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field plus two additional years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Understanding of cost engineering, scheduling principles, and schedule forensics.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams and department staff.
