What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary HR partner to department leaders.
• Create and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
• Anticipate organizational needs and address challenges involving talent, structure, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through implementation.
• Navigate complex employee relations issues with sensitivity, discretion, and a people-first approach.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader supporting senior leadership.
• Ability to own and lead HR strategy for business units with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional influencing, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
