Calender Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Renfrew, Canada; onsite production role

Salary: CAD $26.97–$29.84 per hour

What you will do

• Safely operate a three-roll calender according to established standards and procedures.
• Produce high-quality cloth and polyethylene tape products.
• Provide direction to the calender crew.
• Work under the direction of the designated Safety and Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• Grade 12 education.
• 3–5 years of proven experience, preferably in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
• Math and mechanical aptitude demonstrated through entry testing, with a minimum required score of 80%.
• Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
