Inserter Operator 2 - Day Shifts - BCS (Print Manufacturing)

Location: St. Charles, Illinois, USA; onsite at Wallace Ave

Pay: $17.68–$25.75 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differential, call-in, and standby pay.

What you will do

• Operate high-speed inserter machines that place printed materials, including letters and booklets, into folders or envelopes.
• Set up equipment according to individual job requirements and machine capabilities.
• Monitor machine operation and make routine adjustments to maintain efficient production.
• Work a fixed 12-hour day shift: A Shift runs Monday–Wednesday; B Shift runs Thursday–Saturday, both from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard equipment setups, operating characteristics, and routine adjustments.
• Ability to set up, operate, and make basic equipment adjustments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for 4–6 hours and stand or walk for 6–7 hours.
• Ability to bend and stoop for 2–3 hours.
