Maintenance Supervisor (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Canton, Ohio, United States; onsite at an air separation unit. The role may require visits to hirify.global and customer sites.

Salary: $40–$50 per hour, plus a 5% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise maintenance staff and resolve operational, productivity, quality, and customer-service issues.
• Develop annual maintenance budget information, monitor expenditures, and implement corrective actions.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs for facility systems and plant equipment.
• Validate maintenance of instrumentation, electrical systems, compressors, pumps, turbines, valves, motors, and related equipment.
• Evaluate plant processes, loading plans, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, quality assurance, FDA, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of industrial experience.
• Advanced understanding of air separation and associated technologies.
• Understanding of electrical systems and basic mechanical systems maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance programs, asset management systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Canton, Ohio, travel to industrial or customer sites as needed, and provide reliable transportation.

• Prior experience supervising staff.
