Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Longmont, Colorado, USA

Compensation: USD 33–36 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect and oversee the community, resolving maintenance issues and handling make-readies and work orders.
• Plan, schedule, prioritize, estimate, and perform preventive maintenance for equipment and building systems.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and provide direct supervision to maintenance staff.
• Hire and coordinate external professionals such as electricians and plumbers.
• Inspect heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, and other building systems, including recently maintained equipment.
• Manage maintenance budgets, expenditures, inventory, capital projects, monthly reporting, KPI validation, and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• At least two years of previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Strong time management, organization, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a high school diploma.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as HVAC or CMRP.
