Client Project Coordinator 1

Location: Onsite in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States; Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process project management forms, documents, databases, and related information.
• Coordinate client project needs with Project Management, sample receiving, and sample log-in teams.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager.
• Schedule and enter bottle orders based on client sample requirements.
• Review login dashboards and update project information and confirmations.
• Support budgets, timelines, staffing, materials, compliance activities, and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and task-prioritization skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a laboratory and office environment in Sheridan, Wyoming.
• Ability to work around chemicals, fumes, gases, odors, and laboratory sample materials.
