Project Manager - Customer Advocate (Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; all tasks are performed on-site in office and manufacturing settings.

Salary: $71,622–$87,538 annually

What you will do

• Monitor customer orders from initiation through completion to support on-time execution and delivery.
• Track project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and resource alignment with production needs.
• Identify risks such as delays and material shortages, escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external representatives regarding project status and expectations.
• Prepare project status updates, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in project review meetings.
• Document lessons learned and support process improvements that increase workflow efficiency and customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or a related role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of project management and customer service principles.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, supply chain, production, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze information, make routine decisions, and work safely in production areas, including use of required PPE.
