What you will do

  • Increase sales volume and revenue by growing existing markets and developing new markets.
  • Formulate local sales and marketing strategies through market analysis and work with distributors to win projects.
  • Build relationships with key customers, top accounts, and distributors through regular contact and visits.
  • Negotiate product pricing agreements and collaborate on customized applications and solutions.
  • Support distributor marketing activities, trade exhibitions, customer events, and product training.
  • Collect market, technology, competitor, and industry trend information; maintain customer data and prepare sales activity reports and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Experience or familiarity with the semiconductor and PCB markets.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of related technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, motivational, analytical, and computer skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented, responsible, and accountable approach.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong teamwork and open-mindedness.
