Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States

Base pay range for WA applicants: $145,188–$203,263 per year. Other site ranges may differ.

What you will do

  • Establish and run the Crew Systems Rhythm of Business, including reporting, technical progress tracking, dashboards, and blocker escalation.
  • Own the Integrated Master Schedule, including baselining, cross-functional integration, schedule linkages, critical-path analysis, and variance resolution.
  • Track product-team budgets, coordinate Estimate-at-Completion inputs with Finance, and drive cost accountability across engineers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate engineering, program planning and control, supply chain, manufacturing, facilities, production, tooling, quality, testing, and NASA partners.
  • Plan quarterly Design Analysis Cycles and coordinate cross-IPT integration to meet program milestones.
  • Lead major engineering review planning, readiness preparation, documentation, and ownership alignment while supporting Responsible Engineers with schedule, budget, and execution management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program operations, engineering operations, or technical project management in aerospace or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ownership of an Integrated Master Schedule, including baselining and cross-program schedule integration.
  • Demonstrated Jira experience and experience leading formal engineering reviews with associated documentation and artifacts.
  • Experience with program budget, Estimate-at-Completion, Work Breakdown Structure, and schedule integration.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting human spaceflight or lunar programs.
  • Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, Statements of Work, long-lead procurement, or supplier transitions.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems, supply-chain coordination, DRD management, EVM, or similar cost-account-management principles.
  • Formal project management training or certification such as PMP.
  • Experience onboarding and mentoring teammates in a rapidly scaling organization.
