Residential Sales Specialist (Pest Control)

Location: Tampa, Florida, with travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territories

What you will do

• Inspect residential properties for pests, harborage areas, and entry points.
• Consult with customers and sell pest control services, preventative maintenance, and additional household service enhancements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, Technicians, and the Branch Manager to identify and develop sales opportunities.
• Prepare customer proposals and follow up on previous proposals to close sales.
• Create home diagrams and record daily sales activities in the company CRM.
• Provide product expertise during new service installations to support satisfactory completion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from the current state of residence; a company vehicle and gas card are provided.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• At least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100% within assigned territories and safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to work around pests and in confined spaces, including basements, crawl spaces, and attics, while using required PPE.
