Service Sales Representative (HVACR)

Location: Blountville, Tennessee, with travel within the greater Knoxville area

What you will do

• Identify new customer opportunities and reestablish relationships with previous clients.
• Work with company leaders to develop scopes of work and pricing for maintenance, repair, and replacement services.
• Build customer relationships and support improved building performance and business growth.
• Develop owner asset and sales plans and contribute to customer budgeting and planning.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to management.
• Address service concerns, implement solutions, and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven relationship-building experience.
• Sales experience focused on building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, cooperative, teachable, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.
• Ability to travel within the greater Knoxville area.
