Senior Director - Revenue Cycle Managed Services (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, United States; local to or willing to travel to the greater Hutchinson, Kansas area

Salary: $160,000–$224,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end revenue cycle operations.
• Oversee functions including Patient Access, Scheduling, Registration, Authorization, HIM, CDI, Charge Capture, Coding, Billing, Claims, Denials, A/R, Cash Applications, and Revenue Integrity.
• Direct subordinate Directors and managers within Patient Financial Services and oversee staff training and development.
• Develop policies, procedures, annual goals, budgets, and improvement recommendations for assigned areas.
• Analyze revenue cycle data and monitor performance against key performance indicators.
• Partner with healthcare executives and client stakeholders to improve financial performance, compliance, operational efficiency, and patient experience.

Requirements

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.
• Must be local to or willing to travel to the greater Hutchinson, Kansas area.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 10 years of healthcare operations experience.
• At least 5 years of Patient Financial Services leadership experience and direct supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong leadership, communication, organizational, and judgment skills.
