Associate Director, Consumer Service Operations- WI Market (Healthcare)

Location: Remote work from home; must reside within the State of Wisconsin. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day customer service, enrollment, eligibility, vendor, and call center operations for the Wisconsin Medicaid market.
• Oversee operational support for claims inquiries, configuration activities, and provider and member service teams.
• Investigate and resolve complex claims and customer service issues.
• Drive operational performance, productivity, cost efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with enterprise and market business areas to align priorities and strengthen communication.
• Lead multiple managers or specialized professional associates by providing direction, support, and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of progressive operational or service experience.
• At least 2 years of formal leadership or people management experience.
• Residence within the State of Wisconsin is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or process design.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or insurance.
• Experience with human resources principles.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience.
