What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12+ non-exempt employees supporting AT notification workflows.
  • Direct daily clinical contact center operations, including staffing, workflow coverage, service levels, productivity, and turnaround times.
  • Monitor operational dashboards and performance metrics, identify trends, and implement targeted improvement plans.
  • Manage escalations, service recovery, operational huddles, and communication of team priorities.
  • Partner with the AT Manager and HR on hiring, onboarding, attendance, performance management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Drive quality, compliance, process adoption, and continuous improvement across clinical operations.

Requirements

  • Current RN or paramedic license, or CCT certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an XT or AT notifier, Advanced Patch Technician, Dual Service Technician, Lead Clinical Technician, or in a comparable role.
  • Experience providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to employees; supervisory or lead experience in clinical or healthcare operations is preferred.
  • Experience managing queue-based workflows, operational performance, staffing models, service-level adherence, quality outcomes, and stakeholder escalations in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience managing customer service and implementing service recovery processes.
  • Ability to meet hybrid IDTF requirements and travel 15% within the U.S. A BSN or related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
