Mixtruder Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Renfrew, Canada; onsite production role

Salary: CAD $23.34–$24.06 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare and feed adhesive materials into production machinery.
• Compound and mix materials according to production requirements.
• Assist other operators and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and production instructions.
• Work collaboratively in a manufacturing production environment.

Requirements

• Grade 12 education.
• 3–5 years of proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
• Math and mechanical aptitude demonstrated through entry testing.
• Availability to work rotating 12-hour day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
