Molder (Manufacturing)

Location: Medway, Massachusetts, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Compensation: $16.30–$30.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble and cast insulators used in electrical products.
• Prepare sleeves, inserts, and other components for casting.
• Sandblast and grind sleeves, inserts, and insulators according to process requirements.
• Measure, mix, and handle liquid casting materials accurately.
• Use hand tools, measuring tools, sanders, grinders, compressed-air tools, sandblasting equipment, and overhead cranes safely.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, tape measurements, blueprints, safety standards, and quality requirements while maintaining an organized work area.

Requirements

• Experience accurately measuring, mixing, or handling liquids in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Manufacturing, production, casting, or hands-on industrial experience is preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures, basic blueprints, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Basic math skills with whole numbers, decimals, and fractions, including interpreting tape measurements.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers and write notes or simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform physical production work, including extended standing and walking, frequent bending and kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently.
