What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics for new business and first orders, from stakeholder requirements to actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain scalable analytical solutions, including data models, dashboards, and AI-driven reporting.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on sales metrics like pipeline health and quota attainment using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to align analytical outputs with business needs.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across Snowflake, dbt models, and other reporting sources.
• Improve analytics documentation and processes to enhance team efficiency and asset reusability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• Strong background in sales or revenue analytics with experience interpreting key performance metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau and modern data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Analytic Engineering concepts and dbt.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic workflows or AI-based analytical tools.
• Familiarity with go-to-market processes in SaaS environments.
