Associate Manager, Data Management (Life Sciences)

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and developing high-quality client deliverables.
• Advise on project direction, scope, resources, timelines, and development strategies.
• Contribute to the ARMADA internal data warehouse and apply data platform and data engineering best practices.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and communicate actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage client communications, meetings, timelines, and multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and internal initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree and at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel expertise.
• Knowledge of SAS, Python, R, or VBA and experience with Tableau or Power BI are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, organizational, time-management, and project-management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
