Application/System Engineer III

What you will do

• Attend sales calls and customer meetings to understand application needs and provide preliminary equipment recommendations.
• Perform dispensing application trials and prepare test reports covering results, settings, equipment lists, and related notes.
• Provide customer support for installation, training, troubleshooting, and technical product issues in person and virtually.
• Support worldwide sales groups with technical expertise and product training, including trade shows and key customer meetings.
• Coordinate resolution of customer quality and manufacturing issues with engineering, customer service, sales, R&D, and quality teams.
• Review technical documentation, develop training tools, and contribute customer insight to new product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
• Experience in technical sales-facing and application support roles.
• Experience supporting the EFD product line and TTA platform programming.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, organization, adaptability, and professional conduct.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in office and laboratory environments and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds; approximately 25% travel is required.

Nice to have

• Electrical or software engineering background.
• Experience with PLCs and communication protocols.
