What you will do

• Build and maintain a high-quality portfolio of commercial customer relationships.
• Contact prospects with potential profitability for the bank.
• Balance the interests of customers and the bank in all decisions.
• Coordinate with Concurrence and the Small Business Loan Center on loan requests.
• Monitor assigned loan portfolios for deterioration in repayment ability.
• Advise, teach, and train associate relationship managers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of lending experience.
• Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 hours of accounting coursework.
