Relationship Manager Sr - Fiduciary Banking/Specialty Deposits (Fiduciary Banking)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $140,970.75–$224,725.00 per year, plus possible variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Manage commercial depository relationships across a portfolio of varying complexity.
• Generate new business, deposits, and treasury management deal flow from specialty-industry clients and prospects.
• Originate, negotiate, structure, price, underwrite, and close deposit and treasury management solutions.
• Coordinate treasury, product, credit, portfolio management, legal, and operational teams through approvals and onboarding.
• Monitor portfolio quality, financial reporting, credit exposure, profitability, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Represent the specialty deposits business through industry outreach, conferences, and speaking opportunities; mentor less experienced Relationship Managers when needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a commercial Relationship Manager and/or in commercial depository or treasury management sales.
• Experience with specialty deposits industries, including treasury management, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Expert knowledge of commercial deposits, treasury management services, account analysis, and depository pricing.
• Strong financial and cash-flow analysis, negotiation, verbal communication, written communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; travel is required as necessary.

Nice to have

• Four-year undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
