What you will do

• Build, expand, and retain customer relationships while delivering a high-quality banking experience.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate branch, digital, lending, and partner solutions.
• Generate business through in-person conversations, outbound calls, business visits, networking, and workplace events.
• Open and close accounts, research account information, process transactions, and resolve customer requests.
• Solicit and facilitate consumer loan requests and refer customers to small business, corporate, mortgage, and financial advisors.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, policies, BSA, CIP, and required training procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of customer-facing, goal-oriented experience.
• Ability to present information effectively to individuals and small groups.
• Ability to coach and guide the branch team when the AFCM is absent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Registration with the NMLS and/or obtaining an NMLS license after employment is required.
