Senior Lead TIBCO Administrator

What you will do

• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and administer TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x environments.
• Deploy and manage BWCE applications on Docker and Kubernetes across on-premises and cloud clusters.
• Administer TIBCO EMS, including queues, topics, bridges, clustering, failover, security, and durable subscribers.
• Operate TIBCO Enterprise Administrator and monitor service health, logs, memory, threads, and performance.
• Maintain Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure-as-code practices, and scripting utilities.
• Define production change-management procedures, support disaster recovery and on-call operations, document standards, and mentor junior administrators.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on TIBCO middleware administration experience.
• Expertise with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x, BWCE, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Enterprise Administrator.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab branching and pipeline workflows, and Jenkins pipeline development.
• Strong Unix/Bash scripting skills and working knowledge of Python for automation, REST integrations, and configuration management.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, performance tuning, security, SSL/TLS, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, QA, and security teams and mentor junior administrators.

Nice to have

• Experience with TIBCO Spotfire, Jaspersoft, or Data Virtualization.
• Familiarity with Helm, ArgoCD, FluxCD, Istio, or Linkerd.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Terraform, Ansible, MuleSoft, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway.
• TIBCO administrator or developer certification.
