Operations Delivery & Control Analyst Senior (Power BI)

What you will do

• Analyze operational pilot performance and develop metrics, dashboards, analytical frameworks, and performance trackers.
• Translate complex operational data into actionable insights, executive presentations, and business review materials.
• Identify capacity, efficiency, resource utilization, execution quality, and customer remediation opportunities.
• Map workflows, define requirements, perform gap analysis, and support improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reporting using Power BI, SAS, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, and other data sources.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, legal, and compliance teams to support controls, issue resolution, automation, and project delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations strategy, business analytics, quality assurance, or transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder-influencing, and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI development, SQL queries, data extraction, relational databases, views, and reporting.
• Understanding of data validation and quality control practices, including reconciliations and reasonableness checks.
• Experience building and automating operational reports; familiarity with project management methodologies and solution delivery lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with machine learning, AI, generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering.
• Experience with financial modeling techniques.
