Operations Analyst - Customer Service (SQL/Power BI)

What you will do

• Analyze contact center performance data and provide insights for business strategy.
• Drive improvements to customer service operations, efficiency, and processes.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards for performance, trend, and statistical reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and deliver business-focused results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• All positions are on-site.

Nice to have

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience.
