Product Analyst (Healthcare Technology)

What you will do

• Support the Category Manager through data analysis, performance monitoring, and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct competitive analysis covering market trends, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
• Perform SKU rationalization and recommend product assortment improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards for product and category performance.
• Analyze customer adoption, defection, purchase history, preferences, and formulary development.
• Provide pricing, forecasting, inventory, and private-label sourcing recommendations in collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in category management, data analysis, pricing strategy, or retail analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, make strategic decisions, and translate data into recommendations for stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Milwaukee, WI, United States, where the job is performed.

• Experience with AI-driven analytics and forecasting.
