Business Analyst - AI, Automation & Data Intelligence

What you will do

• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions that automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Develop scalable dashboards, KPIs, reports, and analytics for materials management, purchasing, inventory, forecasting, production planning, and supplier performance.
• Analyze operational and enterprise data to identify cost-reduction, productivity, and decision-making opportunities.
• Partner with Materials Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and IT leaders to improve processes and standardize best practices across multiple facilities.
• Evaluate and deploy automation tools and AI applications that create measurable operational value.
• Support data governance, reporting accuracy, process discipline, and standardization initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, supply chain, operations, manufacturing analytics, or a related field.
• Experience using AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve business processes and decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, materials management, supply chain operations, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and actionable reports using Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Automate, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in packaging machinery, industrial equipment, engineered products, or discrete manufacturing.
• Experience implementing AI-powered workflow automation or predictive analytics.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience and a track record of operational improvement.
