Senior Oracle EBS Functional Analyst, Order Management

Location: Carlsbad, California, United States; onsite

Annual base pay: $120,000–$140,000, plus potential benefits and performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Own the health and evolution of the Oracle EBS Order-to-Cash platform across global operations.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Order Management setups, including order types, transaction types, workflows, holds, pricing rules, and shipping parameters.
• Provide end-to-end support for Order Entry, Pricing, Scheduling, Shipping Execution, Receivables integration, and inbound and outbound EDI order flows.
• Gather and document business requirements using Oracle AIM methodology and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyze current-state processes, quantify gaps, and design Oracle-standard solutions that improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute functional, SIT, and regression tests; investigate production defects and support integrations with WMS, 3PL, and EDI platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting Oracle EBS 12.2 Order Management, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Configurator, ATP/Global Order Promising, Shipping Execution, Inventory, and Receivables.
• 8+ years of IT experience in enterprise application implementation and support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work in normal office conditions, extended hours when needed, and travel frequently if required.

• SQL and PL/SQL knowledge.
