Airport Services - Supervisor - RDU Airport (RDU) (Aerospace)

Location: On-site at RDU Airport in Morrisville, North Carolina, United States; day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay range: $64,500–$103,500 per year.

What you will do

• Provide daily oversight, scheduling, direction, and on-the-job support for shift team members.
• Coordinate work orders, productivity plans, material availability, safety activities, and employee issue resolution.
• Assist with repairs and contingencies, supervise staff, and perform QA/QC duties.
• Act as Site Manager when the Site Manager is absent.
• Develop processes and documentation for operational activities and support customer satisfaction.
• Support company safety programs and training while working near moving machinery and in confined baggage conveyor areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain an airport security badge and work in secure airport areas.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge, with the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong leadership, organization, and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, work in confined areas, and lift or move up to 49 pounds.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in airport maintenance services.
