Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Monroe, WI; full-time onsite, 2nd shift only. Scheduled hours may range from 3:00pm–11:00pm, 4:00pm–12:00am, or 5:00pm–1:00am; split-shift coverage with 3rd shift, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Salary: $65,800–$102,600 annually, with the actual offer depending on location, education, skills, experience, shift, and performance.

What you will do

• Supervise employees in kitting, fulfillment, and pick-pack departments.
• Coordinate activities across shifts, departments, customer service, scheduling teams, vendors, and other locations.
• Plan and adjust departmental workflow to support timely production and customer delivery.
• Set and monitor goals for safety, quality, continuous improvement, and KPIs.
• Manage employee performance, training, staffing recommendations, and documentation.
• Track labor costs and expenditures, provide management reporting, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Requirements

• Broad technical knowledge of commercial print and/or fulfillment operations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a comprehensive multi-shift department in a manufacturing environment; printing or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, direct work activities, solve problems, and drive results.
• Knowledge of Windows applications, Microsoft Office products, and database systems.
• Ability to learn new systems, multitask, reprioritize, and drive process improvement.
• Ability to work varied 2nd-shift hours, with possible weekends and overtime.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience with WCSS, WBS, Monarch Foundation, DPrint, and FM Pro ship schedules.
