Studio Manager, West Coast - US Latin

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, California, United States; nights and weekends may be required for sessions and events.

Salary: $83,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across the Los Angeles studio, including rooms, lounges, support spaces, safety, security, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, and evaluate studio engineers, assistants, runners, and client services staff.
• Manage facility maintenance, vendors, service contracts, purchasing, invoices, operating budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
• Plan and execute label activations and brand partnership events, coordinating staffing, security, catering, room configuration, technical needs, and guest flow.
• Own on-site relationships with artists, producers, labels, managers, and VIP clients while handling escalations and protecting confidentiality.

Requirements

• Experience in studio operations, production facilities, hospitality, or comparable high-touch environments.
• Proven experience leading technical teams through scheduling, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong experience owning budgets, managing vendors, procurement, invoices, and cost control.
• Deep understanding of recording, mixing, production sessions, studio workflow, and file delivery.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, including nights and weekends as needed; ability to lift or move light equipment and supplies.
