Site Manager

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States; some travel is required.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct facility service programs and implement company policies to meet customer contract obligations.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and direct supervisory management.
• Inspect sites and evaluate safety, quality, service, equipment, space, and program compliance.
• Manage budgets, estimates, inventories, labor hours, expenses, billing, forecasting, and capital improvement planning.
• Coordinate proposals, contracts, contractor records, customer requests, and service documentation.
• Act as liaison among the company, customers, employees, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, time management, interviewing, coaching, and training skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to respond to customer and regulatory inquiries and present information to managers, customers, employees, and the public.
• Ability to manage hiring, work assignments, performance evaluations, employee concerns, training, and safety requirements.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
