GMP Manager

Location: Concord, NC, United States

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate and direct facility service operations in line with customer contracts.
• Develop personnel schedules, assign routes, and supervise service teams.
• Inspect facilities and evaluate safety, quality, service compliance, equipment, inventory, and space utilization.
• Manage budgets, estimates, bid sheets, contracts, schedules, and program improvement plans.
• Act as a liaison between customers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, and the company.
• Support hiring, performance management, training, complaint resolution, meetings, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• A.A. degree and 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, planning, time management, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment upkeep, cleaning compounds, chemicals, and safe operating practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Completed safety and task training certifications.
• A valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required.

Nice to have

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Bilingual communication skills.
