What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of DSP partnerships through the entire lifecycle, including onboarding, optimization, and account planning.
• Analyze how DSPs bid on inventory and collaborate with Technical Ops to resolve algorithm misreadings.
• Align DSP buying structures (open auction, curated deals, programmatic guaranteed) with Index supply packaging.
• Monitor and analyze key performance trends to identify and unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Lead QBRs to establish joint growth agendas, commitments, and roadmap intelligence.
• Gather intelligence on AI/bidding developments and format changes to inform the product planning cycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the advertising technology sector.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a technology-related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to learn tools like Salesforce, Looker, Trello, and Confluence.
• Must be based in New York and able to work in the office 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
