Partner Success & Implementation Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX, hybrid

Salary: USD 55,000–65,000 per year, with potential bonuses and additional incentives.

What you will do

• Lead implementation for newly contracted agencies, including onboarding calls, CSR creation, troubleshooting, and launch support.
• Collect and review provider profiles and provide timely support throughout onboarding.
• Act as the primary contact for agency questions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage COI and licensing updates to support provider compliance.
• Maintain accurate agency records, including contact details, addresses, W-9s, and other required documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding items and identify improvements to agency processes and the provider experience.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, partner success, or high-level customer service.
• Ability to communicate hirify.global’s requirements around fulfillment, compliance, and CSAT.
• Strong de-escalation skills and professionalism under pressure.
• Comfort working with new systems, APIs, and reporting tools.
• Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple agency launches and build positive partner relationships.
