Pricing Architect (AI)

Location: On-site in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD per year, plus meaningful equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead pricing engagements independently from discovery through live pricing and proposition models.
• Run alignment workshops and market research, designing segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, and monetization logic.
• Drive post-go-live pricing optimization and continuous value capture as customers scale.
• Advise C-level and cross-functional stakeholders, align on value, and measure commercial impact.
• Identify expansion opportunities, support upsells, and participate in sales pitches.
• Use the AI-powered pricing platform, provide product feedback, and partner with product and engineering to improve the pricing engine and tooling.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management.
• Deep expertise in segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, and willingness-to-pay methodologies.
• Experience owning multiple end-to-end pricing engagements from concept through execution.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI and LLM tools in day-to-day pricing work.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in English and availability for on-site work in Amsterdam are required.

Nice to have

• Background in Tier-1 strategy consulting or pricing and revenue roles in technology or SaaS.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others in pricing or related functions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environments.
