Commercial Programs Manager (SaaS)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands, or Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid work with flexibility to work from home or the office; remote work from abroad is available for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Analyze commercial performance data and market signals to identify business opportunities, risks, and priorities.
• Support the development of products and service offerings that increase revenue and customer value.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from scoping through execution, coordinating goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Design and roll out commercial initiatives with product divisions and Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Structure pricing and monetization experiments, define success metrics, track progress, and synthesize results.
• Maintain project documentation and provide commercial analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, commercial strategy, management consulting, product strategy, revenue operations, or a similar role, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with commercial and product data, Excel or Google Sheets, BI tools, and SQL.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects from scoping through execution.
• Understanding of pricing, packaging, and monetization concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
