What you will do

• Manage and develop a high-performing team across analytics and sales operations, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Advise the VP of New Markets on growth, market priorities, resource allocation, and operating models.
• Translate quantitative data and front-line context into clear commercial recommendations and operating decisions.
• Lead target-setting processes, establish KPIs, and monitor performance for Sales and Account Management teams.
• Oversee core sales operations including lead allocation, account assignments, and process governance.
• Identify and deploy AI-enabled tools and automation to improve team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a people-management role.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work confidently with data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or similar BI platforms), and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working within the technology or software industry.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Amsterdam.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in travel technology or online marketplaces.
