Senior Sales & Pricing Analyst

Location: Hybrid, based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands; office attendance required 2–3 days per week. Home-office flexibility is supported, with an additional hub in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Analyze and refine pricing frameworks for spare parts in line with group financial targets.
• Execute spare-parts pricing allocation and support local market implementation.
• Analyze sales transactions to identify margin leakage, profitability levers, and value-capture initiatives.
• Map and optimize sales and pricing processes, including pricing requests and special pricing workflows.
• Build KPI tracking, predictive performance models, dashboards, and actionable commercial insights.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, marketing, finance, portfolio management, data teams, and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role such as Business Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or Sales Controller.
• Strong understanding of margin management, cost-plus pricing, discount structures, and elasticity principles.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous or complex datasets into clear business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across geographies and functions.
• High standards of accuracy, autonomy, curiosity, and analytical capability.

Nice to have

• Experience in HVAC, spare parts, or technical products.
• Experience in an international industrial or distribution environment.
