Focus on evaluating investments, improving forecast accuracy, building Power BI dashboards, and analyzing revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and cash flow across global manufacturing businesses.
Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States; other divisional locations may be considered. Occasional evening meetings with business partners in Asia are required.
Salary: $134,000–$188,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do
- Serve as the CFO for the Fluid Management and Instrumentation portfolio and advise the Vice President and senior business leaders.
- Lead long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reviews, and performance management.
- Develop business cases, investment analyses, and financial models for growth opportunities, capital investments, and resource allocation.
- Analyze revenue, gross margin, cost structure, profitability, cash flow, risks, and performance gaps with Operations Finance and business leaders.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting tools, including Power BI solutions.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting while driving process optimization, automation, and reporting improvements.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the United States and must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
- 8+ years of relevant finance leadership experience, ideally in a global manufacturing company.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA is preferred.
- Proficient to advanced SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and executive influencing skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal control concepts, with the ability to handle confidential financial information.
