SCD Project Coordinator

Location: El Tagamoa El Khames Commercial Office, Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of regional supply chain projects across the MEA region.
• Track timelines, milestones, risks, action items, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Support project governance, risk escalation, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
• Analyze project data in Excel and develop PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, or Project Coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, data analysis, charts, and dashboards.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and good business acumen.
• Fluent spoken and written English required. Must be organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in an FMCG environment.
• Exposure to project management methodologies or PMO practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
