Service Project Manager (Compression)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; remote/flexible work may be available. Domestic and international travel of 20–30% may be required.

What you will do

• Execute compression service orders covering parts, repairs, field service, long-term projects, modifications, upgrades, and complete outage projects.
• Manage customer relationships during execution and provide proactive communication on delivery issues.
• Organize project teams, define responsibilities, develop schedules, and coordinate technical, engineering, sales, product, and field service stakeholders.
• Track KPIs including revenue, EBIT, on-time delivery, budget, schedule, customer satisfaction, NPS, claims, and cash collection.
• Coordinate delivery forecasting, service-order execution, outage planning, staffing, reporting, and risk mitigation across regional and global teams.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, communication, networking, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with project management or order management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for 20–30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or with rotating equipment in a service-oriented organization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP.
• Additional languages applicable to the assigned region.
