Localization Project Coordinator (Localization)

What you will do

• Coordinate localization projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with translators, linguists, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to define requirements and timelines.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the localization process.
• Coordinate translation and review workflows while ensuring adherence to glossaries, style guides, localization standards, and quality requirements.
• Track progress, identify risks and issues, provide project updates, and implement proactive solutions.
• Evaluate completed projects and apply best practices to improve future localization work.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in project coordination or management; localization experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Localization, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools, localization tools, and content management systems.
• Understanding of localization best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends, with strong attention to detail.
